In 2000, Nico Freccia and Shaun O’Sullivan founded the 21st Amendment Brewery in San Francisco’s historic South Park neighborhood. The popular brewpub is now at the heart of the new city center, just south of the financial district and only two blocks from the San Francisco Giants baseball park. A brown ale with orange hues and a thin moka head. A pleasant aroma of sugar cane, with vinous notes, and dark fruits. In mouth, a sweet caramel malt with oily mouthfeel, fusel alcohol, a bit of nuttyness, and dark fruits. Nice! 9.3% alcohol this time. On tap at brewpub, Jan. 17 2009.
