Bottle from Rema. Light, hazy yellow. Thick head and good carbonation. Aroma of citrus and coriander. Light body. Full, fruity taste, with a sting of coriander and orange peel. Bitter after taste does not last. Good with food, and as a thirst quencher for hot summer days.

Pours a clear pale straw. Almost no head. Cooked corn on the aroma. Some biting astringency. Palatte finishes sweet and very thin. Harsh bite at the end. Not terrible for what it is.

Bouteille 750ml. De couleur dorée et légèrement voilée. Nez de levures fruitées (agrumes, notes de bananes, traces de pêches) et épicées (coriandre, notes de réglisse noire), moyen de grains de céréales frais avec des notes herbeuses, de blé et de pain. Moyennement ronde en bouche avec un pétillement moyen et un peu croustillante ainsi qu’une texture aux notes crémeuses. Goût de levures fruitées aux faibles notes sûres (agrumes, léger de bananes) accompagné d’un goût d’épices (coriandre, traces de poivre) lors de l’entrée en bouche auquel se rajoute un goût de grains de céréales frais et sucrés avec un léger goût de pain, des notes de blé et des traces de miel puis en finale l’on retrouve un léger goût herbeux (herbes mouillées) avec de faibles notes épicées (traces de réglisse noire). Post-goût moyen, composé d’un goût de levures fruitées (zest d’agrumes, léger de pelures de bananes) avec des notes de blé.

0.75l bottle. A fantastic nice bottle. Was quite astounded when I saw this in my local supermarket (Rema1000). It pours a cloudy yellow body with a medium sized white lacing head. Anonymous nose, but some hints of wheat, yeast and coriander. Medium carbonation, and medium bodied. Quite mild taste also, but it's not bad for a Spanish wit. Sweet orange, some lemon, yeast and some mild spices.

A hazed blonde wit with a thin white head. A chalkey fruity aroma with light bananas and cloves. In mouth, a smooth wit with light fruity esters, bananas and cloves. Light bodied. Tasted Sept. 25 2010. Bottle from Winooski Beverage Warehouse, summer 2010.
