Hopfully Brewing is an independent contract brewery with its head-office located in Dublin, Ireland. The brewery was founded by three friends with a shared love for beer, culinary and art. In 2017, we got together to accomplish an ambitious goal: building community and creativity through the world of craft-brewing, by combining modern beer brewing, and blending with visual arts. Passionate about working with vibrant, fresh talents, we work directly with up-and-coming local artists, commissioning different illustrators to design each one of our beer labels. Not only does Hopfully Brewing aim to promote the work of individual artists, but we are also committed to building an interdisciplinary network of creative people. Creativity is the essence of what we do as a company, by developing exciting and innovative beers with a unique flair and outstanding design.

The beers are brewed at Metalman and Lough Gill.

Pale blond colour with quick fading head. Aroma and flavour have a nice citrusy hop notes. Lime. Fresh, tangy.

Keg at Brewdock, Dublin, 26/01/23. Black with a good sized tan head. Nose is chocolate, caramel, dark malts, light spice, mellow roast. Taste comprises chocolate, salted caramel, raisins, light coffee, charr, spice. Full bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a balanced rising boost. Solid well balanced impy.

Keg at Brewdock, Dublin, 26/01/23. Hazed golden orange with a good sized white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is ripe citric flesh, melon, pine nip, mixed tropical fruit esters. Taste comprises juicy citric zest, pine needle, light dank edge, grass, orange peel, grapefruit, ripe melon. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness. Solid session gear.

Keg at Brewdock, Dublin, 26/01/23. Mahogany brown with a beige cap that retains well. Nose is coconut shavings, mellow roast, dark malts, chocolate, dried fruit rinds. Taste comprises cocoa powder, roasted tones, Bounty Bar, light spice, dried fruit rinds. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close. Tasty.
