Light to medium body with flavors of Belgian yeast, floral hops and biscuit malt. The finish is fruity with a yeast and mild hop aftertaste. Above average overall.

Sample at the taproom. Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a thin white head that evaporates quickly to a wispy film. Sparse strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of tart fruit, yeast and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of salty citrus, mild hops, yeast and pale malt. The finish is moderately tart with a citrusy aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a hazy orange color with a medium white head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Stringy lacing. The aroma consists of tropical fruit, herbal hops and malt. Medium body with flavors of melon, citrus hops and biscuit malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a zesty citrus and hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.

16 ounce can into tulip glass, no can dating. Pours opaquely hazy golden amber color with a 1-2 finger dense and rocky white head with great retention, that reduces to a nice cap that lasts. Nice dense soapy lacing clings on the glass, with a moderate amount of streaming carbonation retaining the cap. Fantastic appearance. Aromas of big tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt notes; with great strength. Taste of huge tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, herbal, and floral/grassy earthiness. Very mild pine, zesty, grassy, spicy bitterness on the finish. Lingering notes of tangerine, grapefruit, peach, pear, pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, mango, melon, guava, berry, lemon/orange zest, light pepper/pine, wheat, cracker, white bread, and herbal/floral/grassy earthiness on the finish for a while. Incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; with an awesome malt/bitterness balance; and zero astringent hop flavors after the finish. Slightly increasing dryness from bitterness. Medium carbonation and medium-plus body; with a very smooth, creamy/silky/bready/grainy, and slightly sticky mouthfeel that is amazing. Zero warming alcohol as expected of 6.8%. Overall this is an amazing NEIPA! All around incredible complexity, robustness, and balance of citrus/fruity/tropical hops and bready malt flavors; very smooth and refreshing to drink with the very mildly bitter/drying finish. Extremely juicy, vibrant, and lightly dank hops; balanced malts with no residual sweetness or heavy feeling body. A highly amazing offering, and top tier style example.

Pours a slightly hazy, lemon yellow, with smallish head. Aroma of citrus and pine. Flavor is very bitter, almost too much so. Lots of pine and spice, some citrus. Could use a bit of balancing.

Pours a slightly hazy, light peach-yellow color, with a smallish head. Aroma is bursting with tropical and citrus fruits. Flavor is also marked by citrus and tropical fruit, with more than a little pine/spruce hoppiness. Finish is rather bitter, but on the whole, this is a very well-done beer. High marks!

Keg at Salvage BBQ - Portland, ME. Pours murky yellow-gold with a creamy, white head. The nose holds pithy citrus rind. Light sweet flavour, with bitter lemon rind, flinty minerality, dried biscuits. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Clean finish, moderately dry, more pith. Not bad.
