Thinking this was a regular American golden ale, I poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-rust/copper color with a good looking transparency about it. Carbonation rose at a moderate pace. Just a film of sustaining white foamy head. Not much lace.
The aroma had a nice blend between sweet Belgian sugars, lemon pulp sweetness, some coriander to cracked clove, light Belgian spice, sweet leather, some biscuits, dried leaves, a hint of floral and ended with a little bit of hay/freshly cut grass.
The flavor blended the previously mentioned aromas together pretty nice - the sweet to the spice to the grassy light cleanliness. Aftertaste was smooth with the Belgian sweetness and spices. The finish was clean with the grassiness, floral and Belgian spices.
The palate was almost medium bodied with a pretty good sessionability about it. Carbonation felt good. ABV strength felt appropriate.
Overall, well, even though I believe I incorrectly used the wrong glass, this still came out on top as a nice Belgian pale blonde ale as that’s what the brewer intended, says right on the can too.

This was poured into an English pint glass.
The aroma had a mild grassy/herbal/earthy hoppiness up front and then some biscuit/bready malts in the background. Some dry woodiness slides in underneath.
The flavor embraces a malty dried sweetness rolling about. Not much of an aftertaste, somewhat cereal-like and then keeps it that way in the finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a pretty good sessionability about it. Sly carbonation. ABV felt as projected by the brewer despite being just a tad higher than normal ESB’s.
Overall, pretty good ESB for the most part, I didn’t mind the cereal-like aftertaste or the higher ABV. I could still come back to this.

This was poured into a chalice.
The appearance was a ruddy burnt dark amber color with a finger’s worth of glossy foamy eggshell white of head. Sticky messy lace.
The aroma had a nice blend of sweet red delicious apples, Belgian sugars, some milk chocolate, a touch of ginger and allspice and ends with some damp wood.
The flavor leads with the Belgian sweet malts, apples seem to blend in some green tartness, not just the red as in the aroma. Allspice and ginger seem extremely light. Malty smooth Belgian flavored aftertaste with a semi-sticky sort of malty finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionable to sipping quality about it. ABV felt nice. Good smoothness along my tongue, spices barely hit.
Overall, fairly nice Abbey Dubbel, would have again.

Poured into an English pint glass, the appearance was a semi-dark brown color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head. Super slow dissipation and left some light lace.
The aroma had a decent blend of roasted malts, some grassy hops and a soft sweet honey backbone to it.
The flavor leans towards the sweet side of the malts and honey ever so slightly bringing in the roast underneath. Nicely blended aftertaste between roast and sweet. Quick malty finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a fair sessionability about it. Good carbonation. ABV felt appropriate. All around great feel between \"grinding\" roast and \"smooth\" maltiness.
Overall, nicely done English styled porter with Steve Parkes’ creativity of the putting some honey in it.

This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a light yellow color with a good transparency about it. Quickly dissipating less than a finger’s worth of white foamy head. Sliding lace rides into the beer.
The aroma had some sweet corn/malt. Some vanilla/breadiness.
The flavor yields to the sweetness like a normal cream ale does. All previously mentioned notes flow together into the aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a superb sessionability about it. Carbonation felt right. ABV felt appropriate.
Overall, nicely done cream ale worthy of more pours. Drop In should put this on tap at Lake Monsters games. Think the locals would drink this more than Budweiser, and pretty sure I would.

On tap at Vermont Tap House.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a clean transparent yellow color with some carbonation rising at a nice pace.
The aroma takes on some light lime and lemon pulpy sweet to sour qualities hitting some sly bitterness of the rind. Dried wheatiness, somewhat there but very under for it’s style.
The flavor leans sour initially causing some lacto taste to actually blend on into a sticky wheaty wanna be bite to the aftertaste. Quick sour finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light on the body with a great sessionability about it. Low carbonation.
Overall, pretty good Berliner by an American brewer. Worthy of having again, preferably in the Summer.

On tap at El Gato, Essex Junction, VT.
This was poured into a pint glass.
The appearance was a semi-hazy lightly transparent amber to orange color. A thin cap of a little white head started and dissipates nicely.
The aroma starts with a ruddy malty caramel to toffee sweetness. Moderate nuttiness. Sly grassy hops.
The flavor maintains the appropriate Vienna Lager sweetness. Lingering bready aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the body with a nice sessionable smooth malty feel just rolling over my tongue nicely. Low carbonation. Not cloying.
Overall, good Vienna Lager that I would have again.

Treated as an Irish dry stout, this was poured into a mug.
The appearance was a dark brown close to black color. Slim riding dark milky chocolate looking head. Slow dissipation. Sly lacing, spider webs nicely.
The aroma starts dry coffee edgy bitterness. Tries to lead on into some cocoa bitter to crisp roastiness. And it somewhat does.
The flavor leans nicely on into a nicely balanced roasty/sweet/bitter combo proportioned adequately all around. Nice combined aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium on the palate, with a decent sessionability about it. Carbonation feels good and low..
Overall, well, it’s interesting and I think I would have again, preferably with its respected food.
