Taster pour at the 13th annual NH Brewfest. It's a hazy light brown with light sparkle, thin ring of white head and light lacing. Aroma is strong funk. Taste is strong tart and sweet fruit, oak. Mouthfeel is light to medium bodied with smooth, frothy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, more tart than I'd like but nice strong flavors. Not getting all the subtleties the talked about in this pour and not my style but well crafted.

13th annual New Hampshire Brewfest draft pour. Nice violet color. Aroma is soft blueberry and lactic acid. I want my files with a decent amount of very mild sourness and light lactic finish. Not aggressive at all.
