Canned 05/13/22, drunk 9/23/22. Hint of haze in a deep bronze-brass with a medium-sized, white head that recedes slowly to cover/ring. Soft, tropical, fruity hops with biscuit and white bread beneath it to balance. Clean and no resin/heavy acidity. Soft, malty, ight munich malt breadiness but mostly honey-dough. Good attenuation, good depth. Low bitterness but ample, with cherry, tropical fruits and even a touch of light pineapple-coconut. Clean, no alcohol or flaw. Tasteful additions of sea salt, as well. Not too much salinity.

16 oz. can from Bier Cellar, Portland, Maine. Pours a crystal clear dark bronze color with a khaki head and good retention. Very little lacing. Caramel malt aroma. Flavors of caramel malt, toffee, and toast. Slick mouthfeel. Smooth and clean. Not as sweet as some American Oktoberfest beers, and that's okay. Medium-light body. Below average carbonation. Low bitterness. Delicious and very repeatable.
