Bottle: Poured a light clear copper color ale with a nice large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma of grainy notes with light residual sugar notes is pretty tame for the style. Taste is dominated by grainy cereal notes with no clear notes of caramel or toffee and light dry finish with almost no residual sugar notes. Body is really thin for the style with good carbonation. I usually like the product from this brewery but this one was a real letdown. Drainpour.

Depanneur Peluso, Montreal can: Pours a light brownish amber color with an off-white head. Aroma is caramel, earthy, toffee, with some light hops. Taste is slightly bitter. Earthy. Not a bad bitter, but there ain’t much special stuff going on with this one here.

A hazed golden DIPA with a thick off white head. In aroma, caramel malt with butterscotch notes and floral hops, OK. In mouth, a nice caramel malt with herbaceous floral hops, light butterscotch, alcohol warmth, nice. On tap at Festibière de Gatineau 2014.

Taste is also dominated by grainy cereal notes with light vegetable notes and a semi-dry finish. Body is quite full with good carbonation. Bouteille 500ml. Carbonatation moyenne-faible, corps moyen.

Single can from a local IGA store. Pours a clean light golden colour with a big frothy white cap, great retention and lots of soapy lacing. Smells like a pilsner with some hoppy notes. After breathing, a nice mix of caramel malts and fresh grains take over. Wet mouthfeel, a little oily with a slight dry finish. Good cereal taste with the nice mild hop makes this a very well-balanced pilsner that I would buy again. Much better than their first brew I tried - the 12 Hefeweizen.

Single can from a local IGA store. Pours a cloudy light yellow colour with a big frothy white head, good retention and some soapy lacing. Smells more like a pilsner than a Hefeweizen with metallic notes and some grassy citrus, but no banana, nor bubblegum. Metallic taste with mild wheat and a little sourness, kind of citrus. Other than looking good, not much of a Hefe. Not much of beer as well.
