Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing. Bottle looks really interesting, nice format. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Fine spicy aroma. Starts hoppy, spicy, some herbal notes. Finish more balanced, still fine spicy. Interesting.

Bottle no. 283 from the brewery. Pours a light golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and some foamy lacing. The nose shows the Tequila mostly, with light malts. The Gose is more in the flavours with the lime being dominant over the saltiness. Some nice sourness and decent dryness. The Thai lime leaves seems to be mildly in the background, maybe lingering. Interesting mix of things for their first barrel-aged beer, but lacking a little balance.

On tap at the brewery. Poured a hazy golden-amber colour with a white cap, average retention and patchy lacing. Starts off on a malty note and has a good hoppy finish. Not sure about the aromas, as it smells like rhubarb. Not their greatest. Next.

On tap at the brewery. Deep amber colour with a beige creamy head, good retention and creamy lacing. Smoky aromas of roasted malts with hints of molasses and caramel. The taste is less smoky, but shows the roasted, caramel malts with the hops helping balance with a dry finish. Hints of smokiness lingers on the tongue. Well done to not be too rich, syrupy, blending sweetness, smokiness and hoppiness.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a mildly hazy golden colour with and orange hue. Small off-white head and thing creamy lacing. Smoke aromas over fresh grassy-citrus hops. Refreshing citrus flavours with oranges and the smokiness hitting in the end. The mouthfeel is dry enough. Not sure how I fell about combining these two styles, but must say they got it done right.

On tap at the brewery. Lightly hazy yellowish colour with a small white cap and a ring around. Mild banana aromas with the citrus and sweet yeast of a Saison. Hints of smoke. The Saison style comes out a little more in the flavours. I do not feel much of the smokiness compared to their Smoke 40 IPA. Nice hops lingers in the finish. This creates some dryness. Pretty smooth for such a high alcohol content and the smoky malts are not too strong to overpower the Saison style.

On tap at the brewery, pouring a copper colour with a warm beige head and some light creamy lacing. Smoky wood nose over dark malts. The flavours starts off with fruity dark malts and smoke comes along, to be cut by the dryness of the hops. A nice smoky Marzen with enough hops to kill the smokiness lingering, so a little off from the style, but still good.

2018 edition - bottle no. 290. Dark amber colour, fairly clean (slight haze at last pour) with a copper hue. The head is beige, frothy with good retention and wavy foamy lacing. Definitely molasses in the nose with caramel base, brown sugar and mild smokiness from the burnt wood. Alcohol is also noticeable and some dark fruit notes do appear from time to time. Pretty smooth mouthfeel with flavours that are milder with the molasses, sugars and barrel. Nothing too exceptional, but for the style, is quite nice, well-balanced and drinkable.

Cola-looking with a light beige head and thin lacing. Toasty malt light nose with hints of coffee. Roasted malt taste with nutty notes and a decent hop finish. A nice easy-drinking porter.

Bottle from the brewery that pours a clean light golden colour with a frothy white head, good stay and some froth lacing. Smoked malt aromas with some light sweetness from the grains. The flavours are really the same - sweet and smoked malts. Thankfully, the end is dry, so not lingering like syrup. Makes this easier to drink. A nice smoked Helles lager.
