Canned 10/25, drunk 12/21/17 and on draught at the brewery, 4/7/18.
Chicken soup appearance, with bronze-maize color and a medium-sized white head atop showing moderate retention.
Tangerine-mango in the nose is joined by light bubble gum and other tropical fruit notes. Soft honey abounds in the background. No flaw or alcohol, nor any resin.
In the mouth it's juicy as all hell, with a boatload of mango and pineapple and an ultra-soft, malty, yet well-attenuated texture complemented by tight carbonation and no alcohol. The draught version was a touch yeasty (as were a few of the other hoppy offerings that day), but with the age on the can, the beer had softened incredibly-well with still latent bitterness, yet plenty of biscuit and cracker malt, as well as dainty, succulent honey-like notes to balance. Excellently hoppy, though maybe not quite as good as the best batches of Four Seam I've ever had.

750mL bottled August 2017, drunk 12/15/17.
Lightly hazy bronze-golden-maize body has an off-white head that fizzles out immediately.
Very nice acid blend in the nose with light peach character that has integrated nicely and adds leather and lovely mineral and spice to the moderate lactic acidity. No alcohol or flaw in the nose. Bright and rustic with light cereal and other grain-like notes behind it.
Peach and soft vanilla with light biscuity character. Fairly low acidity; certainly nothing punchy or aggressive. Lots of skin-like character and very light juice on the end mixing with mild tartness. Fine carbonation gives way to a very dry, light, perhaps slightly thin finish. The peaches and acidity are great here but it's a bit lacking on actual beer character and depth.

Draught at Ginger Man, 11/9/17.
Glassy amber-chestnut with lighter maize highlights and a beige head atop showing moderate retention.
Ultra-soft, clean, light woodsmoke in the nose is easily backed by clean, "sweet" vanilla-honey base malt character as just a touch of floral and spice notes enter the mix, not overly rosemary-redolent; certainly not dominant or heavy and perfectly matched to the smoke and malt. Soft Belgian esters provide apple, pear and other various fruits which further lighten the mood and deepen the complexity. No alcohol or flaw.
Incredibly soft, malty, yet well-attenuated and with an ultra-fine carbonation, the texture couldn't get much more perfect. Soft wood smoke underscores spicy rosemary character with succulent honey-like base malts. No hard/grainy/husky specialty malts, no astringency/surplus of acidity from yeast or herb; just a phenomenally well-made, balanced, highly flavorful beer.

Tap at Ginger Man, Boston. Colour is clear golden with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Sweetness, grain and malts. Some fruits but too sweet for me.

Canned 7/28/17, drunk 8/26/17.
Mostly clear, soft canteloupe-orange body is well-carbonated and sports a small, off-white head that rapidly recedes to a ring.
Very light, soft orange character in the nose smells more like orange water and has obviously faded quite heavily. Which is fine. Tart acids are fairly easygoing as well and there's a touch of bready malt and light honey to easily balance things. No alcohol or flaw.
In the mouth it's dry, with some specialty malt-like bread and iced tea character and light acidity perking up the finish that also shows soft orange pulp-like flavors. Light, fairly engaging carbonation, no flaw or alcohol, soft, slippery texture.

Draught at Lucy's, 8/17/17.
Light haze to this copper-golden body. Off-white head atop is small and sits at cover.
Holy Spice! That's incredibly overdone, especially in concert with the lime. Just smells nutty, floral, perfumey, peppery and completely dominated by the spice to the Nth degree.
In the mouth it's light, soft, fairly given to the wheat but again the spices completely ruin any enjoyment here, with a near soapiness from the oils and weird astringent/nutty notes on the finish. A rare miss from these guys.

Pours a clear dark amber from a tap, head quickly dissipates. Straw aroma, malty, a little corn, similar flavor. Interesting, pretty good beer.

Sour but not tart? Pretty good, bit thin, hard to describe. Hint of funk at the end.

From the can. Sweet caramel malt aromas. Soft with dark malt and mild candy corn upfront turning to earthy hops in the medium length finish. Nice job.
