Can from Bert's Brilliantly clear dark straw color with a thin short lasting tightly bubbled white head. Spicy and cereal and light floral on the nose. Flavor is spicy fruity lightly tart with a hint of oxidation. Not much in the way of malt character and not as clean as a lager should be.

16 ounce can into chalice, no can dating. Pours very hazy deep golden amber/light orange color with a 1 finger fairly dense and fluffy off white head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Aromas of big lemon, orange, peach, pear, pineapple, apricot, passion fruit, papaya, mango, honeydew melon, guava, gooseberry, white grape/wine, candi sugar, wheat, cracker, and white bread dough; with lighter notes of banana, bubblegum, peppercorn, clove, herbal, floral, wood, grass, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with great balance and complexity of citrus/fruity/tropical/earthy hops, fruity/spicy yeast, candi sugar, and pale/wheat malt notes; with big strength. Can. Aroma is mild acid, light apricot, sour wheat. In the flavor the apricot balanced the lactic acid. Mild coriander and minimal salt. Ends lightly tart. Real nice for a Gose!

Can. The aroma and flavor suggests lemons. Flavor shows citrus, mild fruit, and maybe a wheat note. (Yes rice was used) It reminds me of a wheat texture. Nice dry texture and ends on mild lingering clove. Quite nice overall!
