Thanks to PaleAleRider for this can from the brewery. Pours a real dark black colour with hardly any dark brown highlights. Big mocha-coloured head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with some liquorice notes, hints of molasses, coffee and chocolate. Flavours of dark fruits with molasses, roasted coffee. Some decent, well-blended bitterness on the tongue stays. Love the can label. Love the metal feel here. Love it !

Can date of: 30 Jan, 19. Aroma shows mild maple, chocolate, and weak cherries. Body is near full with a creamy texture. The cherry and Maple is upfront with milk chocolate in the back end.

Can. Canned on: 11-14-18. Totally hazy. Aroma is pineapple, mild green hops, sticky malts. Flavor is a direct reflection of what I smell with the addition of some juicy citrus and a mild floral finish. Booze is not hidden.

Can. Canned on: 11-28-19. Aroma has lemon, weak pine, and cracker like malt. Flavor has a hearty amount of lemon, green leaf hops, with soft pine. Bone dry texture. (Like cottonmouth dry). Not in love with this but it does have a certain amount of refreshment.

Can. Canned on: 1-2-19. Stamped β€œ It’s Bongo Time β€œ. Aroma is mild pineapple, citrus, and yeast. Even when warm that aroma is a stretch. The flavor is a direct reflection; pineapple throughout with a citrus rind bitterness. I guess grapefruit. The brewer uses champagne yeast without a doubt. Effervescence over the palate. Brut IPA in every way.

Can, from City Hops. Pours extremely hazy dark yellow with large foamy light beige head, faint citrus peel aroma, medium carbonation, bitter grapefruit taste, thin body, long bitter finish. Nice juicy IPA.

Canned 11/28/18, drunk 12/24/18.
Copper-golden-bronze, moderately-to-heavily hazy, white head slowly fades to cover.
Strong H. Blanc in the nose providing heavily dry lime and lemon. It's not really resinous or even that piney, but it's just....not juicy. I mean, there's a hint and the malt helps augment it, with light honey and plentiful biscuit. There's a hint of alcohol, sort of inevitable at this level, but it's not sharp or problematic. Very dry, though, not going to mistake this for ohh...i dont know, Trilium Dialed Up, let's say.
In the mouth it's dry, zesty, and cleanly malted with tons of biscuit and cracker. Kind of amazing how dry this is yet it's not husky with the grain and yet nor is it resinous or overy piney. It's actually very well done, which is why I bought it, knowing that Bunker kills it with the attenuation. These guys don't do syrupy and sugary. That said, I don't love this hop and it comes off slightly pine sol-like at times. Intense lemon and lime zest. Tight carbonation and little/no alcohol. Clean. Soft texture and malty.
