5 oz. Draft @ YRL, Aroma is moderate cognac and roasted malt. Flavor shows mild chocolate and some raisin with a solid amount of cognac after the sit. Alcohol is hidden. Very nice!!

Draft at Isaac Newton's in Newtown, PA. Clear, honey gold pour. Small white cap. Grainy malt aroma hints at clover and hay. Flavor is more grainy malt and herbal hops. Clean, crisp and refreshing. some peppery hops on backend.

Illegible month, maybe January? 22, 2025, drunk 9/30/25.
Very dark with deep auburn highlights. Big, creamy, dark beige head. Clear.
Big mineral, moderate hazelnut, dark chocolate, and moderate toast. Maybe could use a hint more base malt to soften everything? But it's pretty polished, aromatic, clean and shows light minerality.
Raisin, chocolate, grape and licorice? Definitely a bit different than your standard cookie cutter tmave. Soft, well-malted with good base malt depth yet almost all dark malt flavors. And yet, very little roast/toast. Almost oatmeal cookie-like, but not too sweet. Bitterness/hop component is low, but it's still reasonably refreshing on account of the solid attenuation.

Nice Pilsner on a muggy day. From earlier. Had difficulty locating this on the app. Pic from February.

Canned November 2024, drunk 2/20/25.
Clear, medium-amber with a gigantic, dark beige head that is well-retained.
Fruity (hops) and maybe a bit of fruitiness from the medium malts. But not too much toast, no huskiness or big acidity. Clean and with good minerality and deep base malts adding rich baguette and hints of caramel. Low hopping, though this is also 3 months old.
Rich and malty with spicy hops and a firm, but not-overdone bitterness underneath, to balance. Light caramel, low toast, lots of honey and baguette-like malt character. Lower carbonation, a bit loose at points. Not incredibly crisp/snappy on the finish, but it's not a major point of contention. Certainly a tour de force in malt flavor and texture, and at only 4.3% abv. Would just like a bit more yeast character and maybe a touch more acidity/bitterness on the finish.

Canned 11/13/24, drunk 2/15/25.
Clear, dark, some deep brown tones. Medium-sized, light-tan head, moderate retention.
Cocoa, light roast, good mineral and easygoing overall due to the soft, creamy, nutty oat addition. Fairly aromatic, clean, though not tons of base malt breaking through.
Lighter-bodied, with mild roast and good bitterness. I wouldn't hate a little more oomph in the body, but it's still flavorful, clean and stout-like with a light, soft, chewy texture and very minor chocolate notes.

First review over here and happy to start with a Polotmavy. Dark pour for style. Beige head on the top. Nose is caramel and dark fruit and paper. Tastes the same, caramel, plum, dates, cardboard, rootbeer. Thin bodied. Short finish
