Canned 11/28/18, drunk 12/24/18.
Copper-golden-bronze, moderately-to-heavily hazy, white head slowly fades to cover.
Strong H. Blanc in the nose providing heavily dry lime and lemon. It's not really resinous or even that piney, but it's just....not juicy. I mean, there's a hint and the malt helps augment it, with light honey and plentiful biscuit. There's a hint of alcohol, sort of inevitable at this level, but it's not sharp or problematic. Very dry, though, not going to mistake this for ohh...i dont know, Trilium Dialed Up, let's say.
In the mouth it's dry, zesty, and cleanly malted with tons of biscuit and cracker. Kind of amazing how dry this is yet it's not husky with the grain and yet nor is it resinous or overy piney. It's actually very well done, which is why I bought it, knowing that Bunker kills it with the attenuation. These guys don't do syrupy and sugary. That said, I don't love this hop and it comes off slightly pine sol-like at times. Intense lemon and lime zest. Tight carbonation and little/no alcohol. Clean. Soft texture and malty.

Can at home in Hackney - cheers to MannyG. Pours clear gold with a frothy, while head. Great lager overall, nice biscuity character, modest offsetting grassy bitterness, licks of dough, straw. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Clean finish, more pale biscuits. Solid.

Canned 5/8, drunk 5/25/18.
Soft, moderately hazy, brass-golden-hay-colored body topped by a small, dense, white head.
Fruitiness is high in the nose, with cherry and meyer lemon giving way to light pine and a rich mix of cereal and honey-like malts. Definitely some fruity yeast ester contributing to things here, but it's not doughy and still comes across bright, clean and aromatic. No resin or alcohol.
In the mouth it's sweet, very juicy and full of cherry-vanilla-like notes that lead to orange marmalade, ruby red grapefruit and even a hint of passion fruit and soft mineral. Biscuit, cereal, honey and malts all provide supple texture and more than enough balance with tight carbonation and no alcohol or flaw noted.

Undated can drunk 5/18/18.
Heavily hazy, lime-tinged bronze-golden. White head fades steadily to a ring.
Kinda garlicy, initially, with lemon and nectarine skin on the back end. Very much smells of badly-done Mosaic...Biscuity malts add light cereal, vanilla and a touch of caramel. Meh...
In the mouth, it's juicy, lightly bitter and shows a strongly vegetal Mosaic character. Lotta lemon, garlic, herb and grass. On one hand it's a nice, lighter, pepper and herb-forward hop character with less juiciness and citrus, but ultimately still too much vegetal and garlic character showing through. Very dry cracker-like malts with no sweetness and low but engaging carbonation.
