$20.00 for a 500 ml. Aroma shows mild bourbon, molasses, bread. Flavor shows light maple, dark fruits, and lasting bourbon after the sip. Massive warming after the sip after the sip. Kind of hot. Good but $20.00 of a 500 ml??

Pours pale straw into a shaker. Bright white soapy head with little retention recedes leaving spot lacing. Stale sourdough aromas. Crisp with wet hay and sourdough front to back.

Thanks to PaleAleRider for this can from the brewery. Pours a real dark black colour with hardly any dark brown highlights. Big mocha-coloured head, good stay and some foamy lacing. Roasted malt aromas with some liquorice notes, hints of molasses, coffee and chocolate. Flavours of dark fruits with molasses, roasted coffee. Some decent, well-blended bitterness on the tongue stays. Love the can label. Love the metal feel here. Love it !

Can. Canned on: 11-14-18. Totally hazy. Aroma is pineapple, mild green hops, sticky malts. Flavor is a direct reflection of what I smell with the addition of some juicy citrus and a mild floral finish. Booze is not hidden.

Can. Canned on: 11-28-19. Aroma has lemon, weak pine, and cracker like malt. Flavor has a hearty amount of lemon, green leaf hops, with soft pine. Bone dry texture. (Like cottonmouth dry). Not in love with this but it does have a certain amount of refreshment.

Can. Canned on: 1-2-19. Stamped “ It’s Bongo Time “. Aroma is mild pineapple, citrus, and yeast. Even when warm that aroma is a stretch. The flavor is a direct reflection; pineapple throughout with a citrus rind bitterness. I guess grapefruit. The brewer uses champagne yeast without a doubt. Effervescence over the palate. Brut IPA in every way.
