Can pour during team virtual happy hour that I scheduled. fairly light colored pour, touch watery looking. nose is rich herbal and thick wet grass. tastes much the same with some sourdough, minerally, and light florals. richer mouth feel than look would suggest.

Canned 4/17/24, drunk 5/27/24. Clear brass. Large, white, rocky head. Clean, polished, somewhat round, honeyish malts with hard water/mineral and actually not all that much intensity from hops, though it is over a month old. Very clean. Light herbs and freshly cut grass linger. Sweet malts with lingering herbal hops. Good attenuation, perhaps could be a shade higher, but there's ample bitterness for the most part. Very, very clean with not overdone hopping. Good minerality.

Nitro canned 10/25/23, drunk 12/31/23. Muddy dark caramel with a large, dark beige head showing good retention. Very fruity with earth, cellar, graham cracker and light toast on the finish. Clean, no booze, no butter. Big, round, deep malts. Lots of honey-like character from base malt mixing with the medium malts to give caramel, raisin and finishing with drier toastiness. Great fruitiness throughout, as well as peppery hop bitterness to help balance. Clean, malty, properly attenuated and with a characterful yeast.

Can pour from The Beer Store, Salem. It's an opaque dark brown with ring of beige head and light lacing. Aroma is roasted malt, toffee, mild spice. Taste is strong roasted malt, toffee, earth. Mouthfeel is medium bodied, smooth, soft carbonation and dry finish as taste. Excellent strength and good for style.

16 oz can shared by tfontana. Thanks Tom. Aroma shows brown bread, dried leaves and mild spice. Flavor follows with the addition of chocolate nuances. Nice mouthfeel and body for the style. Very nice!
