Can to tall tulip.
Appearance: dark brown colored body with a two and a half fingers of eggshell white foamy head which dissipated and left some light lace
Aroma: dark bready notes, slight dark fruits, some woody spices, subtle earthy hops, subtle sweet char
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together fairly nicely in a semi-roasty to semi-sweet tone, finishes dark bready, some woodiness and toasty
Texture: medium bodied with a light sessionability about it, semi-smooth along the tongue with some earthy grit
Overall: a 7.5% dark lager made a good night, twas worth my time and would have that again.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark brown close to black color with a finger's worth of off-white foamy head which dissipated at a nice pace and left a little bit of concave lace.
Aroma: dark chocolate, milk chocolate, sweet oats, coffee sweetness, coffee roastiness, light sweet char
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas semi-sweet with a touch of roast, finishes semi-roasty with some dark chocolate
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, pretty smooth along the tongue
Overall: nicely done oatmeal stout I'd be willing to come back to.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: murky orange color with a finger's worth of white foamy head which slid off fairly nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: piney to subtle crisp citrusy hop tones and a super lean malt base
Flavor: combines the prior mentioned aromas to a bittersweet blend, subtle finish of citrusy to piney hops
Texture: light to medium bodied, some sessionability to it, nice low carb, fairly smooth along tongue
Overall: pretty nicely done NEIPA I'd be willing to come back to.

5 oz. Draft @ YRL, Aroma is moderate cognac and roasted malt. Flavor shows mild chocolate and some raisin with a solid amount of cognac after the sit. Alcohol is hidden. Very nice!!

Draft at Isaac Newton's in Newtown, PA. Clear, honey gold pour. Small white cap. Grainy malt aroma hints at clover and hay. Flavor is more grainy malt and herbal hops. Clean, crisp and refreshing. some peppery hops on backend.

Illegible month, maybe January? 22, 2025, drunk 9/30/25.
Very dark with deep auburn highlights. Big, creamy, dark beige head. Clear.
Big mineral, moderate hazelnut, dark chocolate, and moderate toast. Maybe could use a hint more base malt to soften everything? But it's pretty polished, aromatic, clean and shows light minerality.
Raisin, chocolate, grape and licorice? Definitely a bit different than your standard cookie cutter tmave. Soft, well-malted with good base malt depth yet almost all dark malt flavors. And yet, very little roast/toast. Almost oatmeal cookie-like, but not too sweet. Bitterness/hop component is low, but it's still reasonably refreshing on account of the solid attenuation.
