Bottle, 75cl. A lightly foggy orange-golden colored beer with a few bubbles on top. Sourish fruit and funk in the aroma, barnyard and lemon, leather and some hay. Apricot. A touch of bready pale malts. It’s dry on the palate, tart and lightly carbonated, with mostly fruity, funky flavors. Yellow plums, lemon, honeydew melon and some hay and grass. Lightly flowery. Leather, hay and barnyard. Lasting fruity and funky finish. Nice, sure works well after ten years in a cellar. 231124

Cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet potato, chocolate, bready malt, bourbon, and hay aroma. Black with nice brown head. Moderately sweet cinnamon, nutmeg, sweet potato, bourbon, chocolate, biscuit malt, and moderately bitter hay and alcohol. Nice body. They nailed the pie flavor.

16 oz. can. Pours a clear, reddish, brown color, with a small, beige head. The aroma is cloves, toffee, tons of oak, black cherry, cocoa, and brandy. Sweet and sugary, with a mellow, lightly resinous bitterness. Heavy body, grainy, and quite boozy. Bourbon-forward, but quality and delicious.
