On tap at Pivovarský šenk Šeříková, Plzeń, Friday 19th September 2025 after a walk from our campsite at Škodaland Plzeń into the city then back out after a couple of beers in the city. Pours black with a large creamy textured light beige head, toasty, smooth, there's a little caramel and plenty of coffee touches, super smooth. Good.

Pours hazy glowing gold with a large white head. Soft mouthfeel, a little lemon and a roof of the mouth bitterness, Not amazing but tasty enough.

Draught (Prague Castle Beer Festival) - Golden with a white head. Grass and some slightly floral and citrussy notes in the aroma. Bread and some notes of pear, melon and grass in the taste.

Another very solid PET bottle picked up from Albert Hypermarket, Plzeń and consumed at home Sunday 13th October 2024, after a short walk to Gasthof zum Sonnewald, Schöfweg for a beer. Tonight we have an African Stewed Beef with Peanut Butter. Pours hazy yellow/gold with a large white head. Pleasant bitterness and runs a little bit dry. Soft mouthfeel, there's a little cereal with a furry zesty edge. Fine and solid but struggling to hit a mid table position.

PET bottle picked up from Albert Hypermarket, Plzeń, and consumed at home Saturday 12th October 2024 in the company of Kostas and Vaso. Listening to The The - Ensoulment. Pours hazy, light/mid amber with a large white head, super nice bitterness, a little dryness at the backend. A little pithy lemon, yes it's quite dry. Nice mouthfeel, a good beer.

Tap at Pivovarská krčma. Hazy ruby-amber body, thick off-white head. Perfumey honeyish, creamy, floral, cakey, caramelly aroma. Medium-dry taste, ending sweetish. Caramel, cake, honey notes, entirely clean. Okay, it is exactly what it is.

Tap at Pivovarská krčma. Hazy ruby-amber body, off-white, thick head. Pleasant, soft, pungent citric (orange)-caramelly aroma. Dry taste, along similar lines, liiightly soapy-floral red orange and caramel notes, not much bitterness, but there's some hoppy counter, lightly yeasty. Honestly, in this shape and form, excellent!
