Keg & Cask (rating for keg). Golden and bright. Creamy head. Aroma has some pine/citrus...not southern but really nice. Light, clean pale malts, snappy bitterness, slightly citrusy hop character.

Dark brown, toffee and chocolate character. Sweet front, dry and acidic finish, toast, hops, great character. Best one on opening night.

Hazy, light amber. Aroma has mellow caramel, touch of diacetyl but also slightly toasty biscuity notes, acidity late.

Hazy amber, lot of bubblegum on the nose, sweet, not much hop and when it comes in it is incongruous. Butter too, ok first day open it’s a miss but you can’t win ’em all.

Med brown, hoppy roasty, rich nose, sweet front but nice balance again, sweet, acidity, citrusy hop bitterness.

Golden bronze, aroma is brassy hop, slightly stale and mushroomy. Earthy, lots of citrusy bitterness and bright citrusy hops, too. Good brew.

Very pale, clean pale malt, some grassy hop. Light brew for Steamwhistle fans.
As Kellerbier, which is unfiltered pilsner on cask. Hazy, pale, aroma is yeasty and lightly malty. It’s the Pilsner with haze. Sweet, bland and with a slightly breezy malt character. Not a kellerbier. 4 5 5 2 11

Pours amber orange with a smooth head. Aroma of hops, caramely malts, pine and lemon. Taste is smooth, citrusy and caramely malty with some floral hops, pine and lemon. Finish is sweetish, floral hoppy and malty with some caramel, citrus and pine. Nicely hopped and smooth amber ale.

Cask @ Brewpub (Cascade dry hopped version)
Pours amber reddish with a smooth head. Aroma of caramel, toffee, grass and chocolate. Taste is smooth, grassy and malty with nutty notes, caramel and toffee. Finish is grassy hoppy, bitter and malty. Okay.
