New cidery! Brewery #2063. USA #1664. California cidery #7. Pint can from Woodman's Appleton, 6/25/22. Amber, very slight haze. Bit of a head. Aroma of chai, apple, vanilla. Taste is much the same, but the apple is a bit more tart. Basically a mulled apple cider. Tasty.

On tap @Amplified, near the park. Half pint. A bit weary of the sweet. Dark honey gold, translucent pour. Smell is citrus, mango-ish, with sharp apple essence. Taste is refreshingly tart, acidic, but semi-sweet & tolerable. Fresh tropical fruit & bold tart/sour, mildly tannic dessert juice that lingers with a slick feel. Low booze, easy drinking, sulfite heavy. Surprisingly okay.

Has blueberry color but minimal blueberry aroma and flavor. Mildly sweet up front and mildly tart in the finish. Good body and carbonation. Easy drinking. I wouldn't see it out though.

16 oz can. Pours a copper/amber. Aromas of cinnamon, chamomile, spicy herbs and dried apples. Flavors of cinnamon, nutmeg, earthy apples, and something harder to define, maybe some roasted pepper.

Large sample in the TAPS Brewery and Barrel Room on 23rd December 2021. Sweet gingerbread front, back and centre, the base cider is sweet, this was double so.

On tap at Mostra 5th Anniversary. Pours a cloudy orange gold with small white head. The aroma is strong rum, cocoa, roast. Slick body, roast, rum, wood, light finish, good.
