7.6/10 β€” Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 8 Texture 8 Overall 7.5
Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a thin white head. The aroma forces up big pine hop notes that seem sappy fir tree like with thin ribbons of sweet malts and a dash of caramel malts. The taste is full up robust malt sticky hoppiness that’s largely firm resiny pine hops that are tempered slightly by the malt sweetness. There seems to be a bit of citrus hops going on in the background that is trying in vain to be heard over all of the pine that is going on. It gets a little bready here and there as a few more ounces are consumed. This is a big bruising flavor experience.

8.4/10 β€” Appearance 8 Aroma 8 Flavor 8 Texture 10 Overall 8.5
Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a clear deep copper body that supports a near white head of foam. The aroma is very fig and date and prune like where there’s also some brown sugar thinly ringed around the edges. The taste delivers sweet prunes and dates and figs that are smooth and coated with a thin dusting of brown sugar. It has moments of banana and bubble gum here and there too. This comes together nicely as it has just the right level of richness without being too heavy or too sweet. This is a fun Dubbel and might be the best I’ve had to date.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a deep gold body that supports a white head. The aroma offers up juicy mango pieces and some tangelo slices. The taste comes across juicy with tangelo and clementime citrus hop flavor that transforms into resiny pine and citrus hop bitterness. The more I drink the more the more resiny hops start to take over. Great flavor here.

7.8/10 β€” Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 8 Texture 8 Overall 8
Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a dark coffee to amber colored body that has thin copper edges and supports a tan head of foam. The aroma offers up malts, roasted malts and a dash of black licorice. The taste starts pleasingly chewy and scrumptious with malts, deep roasted malts and nuttiness paired with slivers of chocolate and burnt malts. At times, under the maltiness, I get earthy sort of currant flavor tea like hoppiness going on. This is a pretty solid stout with a nice mouth feel and mix of flavor notes.

Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits an amber body that has copper edges and supports a thin tan head. The aroma offers up pretty big malt roastiness, maltiness and deep dark 120L crystal malts and coffee. The taste has deep malty to roasted malts that have a distinct burnt malty edge. There are crystal malts and a dash of nuttiness murmuring away in the background. This is a pretty rich roasty brown.

7.2/10 β€” Appearance 8 Aroma 7 Flavor 7 Texture 8 Overall 7
Poured up on tap at the brewery where it exhibits a nearly clear gold body that supports a white head that leaves behind spotty lacing. The aroma is strongly malty with a light sweet smelling maltiness mixed with an intriguing roasty malt to a coffee sensation. The taste is malty and seemingly a bit roasty despite the color where I’m getting a blend of roasted malts and coffee to slightly a biscuit thing going on. This is interesting. Well behind the malts is a snippet of floral to slightly herbal like hoppiness. As this warms and the more I drink the roasty to coffee sensation seems to fade away. All in all this works.

6.8/10 β€” Appearance 8 Aroma 6 Flavor 6 Texture 8 Overall 7
Poured up on tap at the brewery (called only Table Beer) where it exhibits a clear gold body that supports a white head of thin foam. The modest aroma comes across as thin banana and some maltiness creating a slight Hefe sort of feel. The taste is very hefeweizen with banana and clove going on as well as a bit of bubble gum. This is nice light and crisp with a pleasing body smoothness. This seems like a session Hefe (if that makes sense).
