40ml micro bottle @ Ryan's. Appearance: golden with no head. Aroma: very sweet, a bit woody. Taste: same, dry, sweet, boozy. Overall: pretty pleasant.

Poured from 40mL swing top bottle. Clear gold with no head. Lightly boozy stewed apple, not enough depth to back it up. Okay.

Swingtop bottle at Ryan's Golden colour. Intense aroma: stewed apples, almonds, glue. Sweet, not too hot, but there's some booze, with stewed apples. It's ok.

A big golden colour. This has a nice caramelized apple aroma, with a touch of booziness. On the palate, there's sugars up front, followed by that flame-kissed apple, then a splash of alcohol as it moves across the palate. Decent, brings some solid dessert character to the table.

330ml shared with Ryan. 6 AM tick 😁 Appearance: clear purple with a white head. Aroma: forest berries, a tad artificial, sweetness. Taste: along the same lines, less artificial than aroma, on the berries side. Overall: pretty good.

Poured from 330mL bottle (bb 13.03.2024). No sleep. Clear red with super quickly dissipating head. Berry, apple, feint hint of soap on the aroma. Decent.

750 ml corked bottle, from Vinmonopolet, nettbutikken. ABV is 10%. Deep golden colour, no carbonation. Aroma of apple pie (apples, cinnamon and other spices). Very sweet flavour, too sweet for me, with the same elements as the aroma. A little fruity acidity would have helped.
