Taster at Scott's Addition location. Mahogany pour, with a few bubbles. Aroma is malty, pumpkin, light pie spice. Taste is malty, yeasty, pumpkin flesh. Pumpkin works well with the Dubbel base.

Taster at brewery. Dark brown pour with ring of beige head. Aroma is peanut butter with roasty malts. Peanut butter follows through to the taste, roasty malts, hint of chocolate. Smooth.

Taster at brewery. Clear amber, fine head, solid lacing. Aroma of brown bread. Taste starts with sweetness, more dark bread notes, tingly finish.
