Golden colour with thin head. It's rather musty. Old wet wood. Some rounded sherry notes too.

Bottled@Sori Taproom, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, wooden and rather tart. Flavour is fruity, wooden, tart and some slight spicy and sour tones as well. Nicely sweetish sour, with a rather dry palate.

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled 10/2015. yellow clear color, small white head. smells funky, earthy, grassy, hay, flowery, very subtle and lovely smell. full body, light carbonation. tastes funky, citric, grassy, earthy, light oak, subtle green apples, flowery, dusty. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of citrus, green apples and funky notes. wow, just lovely. very good complexity. I was a bit worried when the there was not much of a pop when opening the bottle, but its just lovely, carbonation is rather suble, which works great though.

Bottle sample at a tasting at Yoav's place. Hazy golden. Oak, barnyard, citrus, cobwebs, sourish, lemony. Great stuff.
