Can, from LCBO
Light amber color. Some aroma of malt, caramel and hop. The malt flavor is partially good, with decent hopping, simple but strong enough and with a lemony trace.
Drinkable.

Can from Liquor Depot, Banff. It pours golden yellow, with a thick white head. The nose is dough, grainy, light toast, tinned pineapple and weak citrus. The taste is citrus pith, lots of lemon, light tangerine, salt, toasted malt, slight astringency and metal, with a bitter finish. Thin-medium body, moderate carbonation and foamy mouth-feel. A bit weak and boring.

Can - Skunky and earthy aroma. Golden clear with a thin head. A train wreck in my mouth. Off balance and just not good, a weird lager hopped up.

Can: Poured a light hazy orangey color ale with a large foamy head with good retention and some light lacing. Aroma consists of floral citrus notes with light bitter touch. Taste is a mix between some citrus hops with medium bitter notes with some non-descript malt base that is mostly dry. Body is about average with good carbonation. Not bad but really doesn’t stand out from the pack either.

A golden IPA with a thin lacing off white head. In aroma, a smooth biscuit malt with a light fruity ester, and smooth floral British hops. In mouth, a smooth caramel malt with light floral hops, butterscotch notes, light citrus notes, OK. On tap at Wellington Gastropub, June 19, 2012.

Wow... the only brew this brewery brews. I guess they are trying to pull a Steam Whistle. An IPA though, so quite the balls for a first one, in Canada. Pours a clean amber colour with an off-white foamy head that stays a while and gives out decent lace. Fruity sweet malts with the hops on top. Nicely balanced bitterness of the hops with the cereal malts. Not too bitter and not too dry. Just refreshing for an IPA. Quite good for an average one (meaning hop bitterness).

Draught. Amber and bright, with a loose head. Indistinct but slightly fruity hops. The hops are again indistinct on the palate, being drowned out by the weed in the Kensington Market air, rather than complementing it. The malts have a light caramel taste and some slightly mushroomy character.

I came ready to rate a pale ale, was surprised to see the India on the listing. It’s hoppy, bitter but not hugely so. Average, but nothing wrong with it either. Drinkable in mass quantity. Thanks to Garthicus! On tap at Burger bar
