500mL bottle, pours a cloudy yellow with a small white head. Aroma brings out lots of dank citra hops upfront, with plenty of wild yeast. Flavour is quite complex, with dank hops and wild yeast in good harmony. Harmonious and complex. Very good.

Cloudy, hazy. Medium head. The aroma is heavy on the pedio, with litterbox (thanks, citra!) pale malts and a touch of brett. Light tartness, clean pale malts. Again, some pedio, with a touch of pear/peach fruitiness. Ok, definitely some faults but not bad.

A hazed blonde ale with a thin lacing creamy white head. In aroma, nice biscuit malt with resinous floral hops, grapefruit pulp, light tropical fruits, pleasant. In mouth, a nice sweet fruity malt with resinous floral hops, light buttery notes, grapeskin, nice and smooth. On tap at Lupulus.

(Bottle sample @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours clear pale gold with a white head. Notes of clean pale malt, some fruity esters, flowers, soft white grape, powdery yeast, white bread, light to moderate funk, minerals. Pretty clean overall though, not a ton of Viognier influence I thought. Rather light in body, fizzy carb. Not bad, but I didn't love it either. Wanted more grape character.

(Bottle sample @ Witchstock 2018, Toronto, Sept 29/18) Pours hazy gold with a white head. Notes of light farmhouse grainy pale malt, grass, soft white grape, orchard fruit, moderate barrel oaky vinousness, some wet funk, lightly sweet with a very soft white wine tartness. Feels a little light and watery though. Decent and well made but not extremely exciting.

At a tasting, thanks, small bubbly head, hazy palish yellow color, greenish grassy aroma with some grapefruit and something stale and not completely definable, onion soap flavor, light bitterness, a bit diluted. Nice but nothing great.
