Clear golden pour, with a small white head. Aroma is super yeasty, lemon zest, sweet cereals, light apple. Medium bitter, a little pithy, incredibly bready with a massive sweet, fruity yeasty finish.

Cask at Volo. Hazy orange pour, with a small off white head. Big juicy hop Aroma. Loads of citrus juice, and zesty aromas. Mango, and peace.... Impressive. Soft mouth feel, soft carb from the cask pour. Light bitterness, exceptionally drinkable, big fruity finish with more citrus punch. Loved it.

Not really any type of porter. It’s just a dark amber ale. Low hops indeed, but not crisp or lager like at ale. C’est what toronto

Nice spicy-Pils-like aromas for a light lager. Pretty golden for the style as well, with a white head, average stay and decent lacing lines. The taste is fairly hoppy as well. Getting a little rustiness, but balancing with mild spiciness is fine. Even getting a tad haze near last pour. A pretty decent Light Lager with a Pils touch that gives the style some bite.

Slightly unfiltered, darker amber colour with a creamy warm, light-beige head, good stay and full thick creamyish lacing. Fresh, fruity-cereal malt base with some Pils-spiciness in the nose, with hints of caramel and nuttiness. The mouthfeel is a little slick, not too thick with a touch of dryness in the end. The base is caramel malts in the flavours with some decent light grassy hops, and a tad spicy notes. This is quite an interesting bitter with a spicy-Pils twist to it. I do like this!

Darker brown colour, clean with ruby-copper highlights, nice lively carbonation creating a beautiful, big head that is light mocha-coloured, almost creamy and very long lasting. Nice foamy lacing clouds are left. Dark fruity aromas from the malts, with a touch of roastiness, chocolate, cherries and oak-vanilla. The mouthfeel is not too thick, so quaffable - with a lightly drying finish. Some decent bitterness right before the end, and hoppiness lingers. You then get a tad roasted barley on the tongue. Coffee flavours, mild apples and the alcohol is quite well-hidden. A very easy-drinking Imperial Porter that has nothing too strong... just nicely blended.
