Bottle from the brewery. Very juicy, loads of citrus, especially juicy mandarin, and some solid tropical fruit and stone fruit. Medium bitterness, some pithy citrus notes and light grasses with a strong mandarin punch.

Bottle from the brewery. Hazy yellow pour, with a large white head. Aroma is tart, loads of citrus and soft cereals. Grapefruit and lemon zest, paired with light mango and pineapple. Mouth feel is soft, same for the carb. The finish is quite tart, light lactic notes, loads of citrus and sharp fruit. Nice stuff.....

Tap at the indie ale house.
Big vinous notes, soft woody character, hints of vanilla and vinous fruit, and some light vinegar. Tartness is soft, lightly bitter, long lasting vinous notes in the back of my throat. interesting...

750mL bottle. Pours cloudy blonde with large white head. Aroma has a tone of rustic yeast and grape skins. Flavour is a rustic quality; wild yeast, grape skins. Profile is nice, but a bit washed out.

750ml (thx, Phill!) @ Salesforce. Appearance: dark hazy straw with a huge white head. Aroma: nice farmhousy rustic notes, some flowers. Bold. Taste: along the same lines, a lot of grape skins, tannic, oak. Overall: a bit harsh and requires some sophistication but it's quite nice as it is.

750mL bottle, pours a cloudy golden orange with a small white head. Aroma has plenty of earthy grape skins, wild yeast, and rustic notes. Flavour has a real nice grape skins, wild yeast, some oak, and light earthiness. Drinks like a piquette in that the whole thing feels a tad washed out. Very nice grape skin character. Very good.

Pale with a slight haze. Thick head. This has some of the grapes on the nose. On the palate, it's got a nice grapey accent, and it finishes dry, a touch yeasty. The pale malts are enough to help and the finish is suitably dry. The grapes are decent, but this could stand to have more of them...a rich fruit accent.
