35cl Blik van Beer Republic Advent '23. Mistig diepgouden kleur, witte kraag. Hoppig, fruitig, caramel, licht harsig, mango, steenvrucht en citrus, bittere finish. Lichte tot medium body. Prima.

Can from Loz's Beer Republic, Bier Adventskalender, Monday 4th December 2023 listening to Huw Stephens on 6Music Loz cooked a very nice but quite chilli hot Thai Green Curry with Prawns. Pours mostly clear gold with a slim white head. A little bit of resinous pine and citrus, some biscuit, fresh and with a little character, it's pretty good, but it's not completely winning me over.

Beer drunk after a long day of first Advent Sunday fun and some theater construction. Clear gold, big head, citrus pine nose. Great west coast beer, fitting well to this burrata pistachio Mortadella Pizza!
