Taster on Weathered. Appearance: slightly dirty and hazy blonde. Aroma: nice funk from American Saison and barrel character. Taste: oh, it is strange, nail polisher, fruity notes, not even close to the aroma. Overall: not good balanced, but it's not bad either.

Vom Fass (Vintage 2017) im Muted Horn Berlin 2019-10 getrunken. Dieses Stout wird von einem kräftigen Schokoladenaroma bestimmt. Die rumähnliche Süsse wird von zu deutlichen bitteren Tanine der Fasslagerung kontrolliert. Daher wirkt das recht gute Stout dann leider doch etwas unharmonisch.

Keg at Muted Horn, Berlin, 11/07/19. Lightly hazed golden orange with a decent off white covering that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is grass, pine, ripe melon, bitter orange, toasted malts. Taste comprises pine needle, grapefruit, mango, grass, orange pith. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with grassy to juicy hop bitterness. Another solid Old Skool hoppy number from this brewer.

Keg at Muted Horn, Berlin, 11/07/19. Clear golden orange with a well presented off white head. Nose is ripe citric pith, grass, pine resin, grapefruit zest. Taste comprises orange pith, grapefruit, melon, pine needle, grass, light weed. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spiked with semi aggressive hop bitterness. Decent clean drinking and Old Skool leaning DIPA.
