Description
Henderson Brewery was founded in 2013, after industry veterans and beer lovers Steve Himel and Adin Wener decided there was an opportunity to apply craft brewing values and techniques to more approachable beer styles, in order to make beer that anyone would be happy to find in their fridge day after day.
Work began on our Sterling Road brewery in the summer of 2015. In January 2016, we sold our first beer at The Rhino in Parkdale and by May of that year, our taproom and bottle shop were in full swing!
Over the past decade, we've brewed hundreds of different styles, hosted hundreds of thousands of people, packaged millions of litres of beer, and won dozens of brewing awards

Bottle from the LCBO.
Pours copper with slight hazy, and a medium off white head. Aroma is very bready, light banana, some yeasty fruit, bits of wood, and vanilla, with a soft cherry. Mouth feel is lively, carb is active, and refreshing. Finish is a bit sweet, very yeasty, ripe plums, and candied citrus zest. Alcohol is dangerously well hidden, this could be dicey one on hot summer nights.

Can from the LCBO.
Another bland golden associated with another band. DO we need more of these? Gassy hops, slightly bready, and sweet cereals. Meh, run of the mill golden ale. It's not bad by any means, but its it what it is. Just a golden ale. Lawnmower beer.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy orange pour, with a medium white head. Lovely floral aroma, cereals, lemon rind, fresh cut grass, light basil. Medium bitterness, floral finish, hoppy, great cereals, grassy, herbacious. Really surprised me.

Can from the lcbo. Hazy orange/yellow pour, with a small white head. Aroma is obviously lime, and salty malted wheat. Mouth feel is good, carb is standard. Finish is lightly tart, malted wheat and like zest with a touch a salinity.

Pours a clear reddish pink, with a small off white reddish head. Aroma is floral, soft fruit, and a bit of wet paper. Thin mouth feel, light carb. Low bitterness, soft berries, and more floral, and slightly vegetal hop notes.

Black pour, with a medium light brown head. Aroma is quite smoky, with a soft charred, slightly fruity roasted malt, and some burnt coffee. Smokiness has a distinct sausage/bacon air to it. Mouth feel is full, and the carb is nice, but soft. Finish is again smoky, hope bring only a light bitterness, finish is dry, with some more bacon, and char.
