Description
Henderson Brewery was founded in 2013, after industry veterans and beer lovers Steve Himel and Adin Wener decided there was an opportunity to apply craft brewing values and techniques to more approachable beer styles, in order to make beer that anyone would be happy to find in their fridge day after day.
Work began on our Sterling Road brewery in the summer of 2015. In January 2016, we sold our first beer at The Rhino in Parkdale and by May of that year, our taproom and bottle shop were in full swing!
Over the past decade, we've brewed hundreds of different styles, hosted hundreds of thousands of people, packaged millions of litres of beer, and won dozens of brewing awards

Can from the brewery. Clear golden pour, Aroma of grass and pale malts. Very clean, and unassuming. This is exactly what it claims to be. A clean, refreshing lawn mower beer to have with street meat, tacos or shawarma!. Summer fast food patio beer. Nothing special, but hits a home run in its class.

Can from the brewery. Very dark brown pour with a medium beige head. Very roasty, and nutty Aroma, hints if burnt brown sugar and some light wood. Can’t really find any maple, maybe some subtle sweetness, but nothing more. Medium bitterness, light grass, really just a well made, normal brown ale.

Dark copper pour, small off white head. Aroma is is very spicy, lots if rye and some strong botanicals, with hints of citrus. Very full mouth feel, a little oily, and a soft carb. Finish is medium bitter, more spice, lots of rye, this really does taste like and old fashioned.

Bomber from the brewery. Dark brown pour with a medium beige head. Aroma is musty, spicy, with hints of clove and mushroom? This has a very umami feel to it. I know the truffle refers to chocolate truffles, but I swear this gas a dank mushroom thing going on. Slightly yeasty, hints of wheat. Low bitterness, light fruit. Interesting beer.
