650ml bottle. Jet black colour with average to huge, thick, creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, tan head. Sweet-ish, chocolately, slightly roasty, dark malty, fruity, mildly spicy and slightly woody aroma, notes of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, cocoa, cherry, mahleb, some ginger, cinnamon, aniseed, allspice, whiffs of cedar wood; ephemeral fruitiness. Taste is slightly chocolately, minimally roasty, dark malty, slightly dry woody, minimally spicy and fruity, hints of dark chocolate, mahleb, a touch of cherry, spiced grey bread, cedar wood. Creamy texture, smooth and soft, minimally cloying palate, fine, soft carbonation. Fine composition, mild and balanced, smooth and soft, ingenious and witty - exquisite.

On tap at Timberline. Pours a clear amber brown with an earthy brown head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has chocolate and Graham cracker with some sweet dark grains backing. Flavor of has more dark grain with Graham cracker and a bit of chocolate in the finish.
