Hazy deep orange, copper and bronze coloured body with a light pink glow, but a very hazy body and a thick, three to four centimetre tall off-white head that leaves a subtle lace on the sides. Aroma of tropical fruits, light melons, some soured and tart guava and a good deal of light hops that show some nice complexity, but not much alpha acids. Light to Medium-bodied; Strong bright tropical fruit flavours dominate here with a lot of guava and mango notes along with a big malt bite and some strong floral and even tea-like notes with the fruits coming last. Aftertaste shows the deep guava and tropical fruits along with a pungent bitterness from the hops, all balanced nicely on top of the strong malts and melon notes. Overall, a nice beer with a lot of fruit notes but a crisp and tart tropical fruit note that hits well across the deep malts - nice to sample in the heat of the Lincoln summers. I sampled this stubby, twelve ounce bottle, purchased at Russ's Market in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021 for US$1,67 sampled in my hotel room here in [downtown] Lincoln, Nebraska on 25-August-2021.

Super hazy, deep apricot, peach and copper coloured body with a very thick, super soapy, foamy and large-bubbled pure white head that leaves an ugly lace on the sides, but still covers the beer after a few minutes. Aroma of soap, yeast, bread, crisp citrus, pine, apricots, flowers and a rich malt quality with some herbal hops along with a big apricot and peach smell as well - very nice, especially for the style. Medium-bodied; Slightly soapy and malty flavours show through at first with a big crisp yeast, bread and herbal profile with some wheat, bubble gum, light curacao and a heavy hit of stone fruits really show through at the end, as well. Aftertaste is crisp with the malt, yeast, bread and especially the apricot and stone fruits coming through the strongest with a crisp floral and piney bite at the end that brings out the fresh hop aspects, but the clean, almost soapy finish on the malts is stronger and ends nicely. Overall, a pretty nice beer, especially for the style with a bunch of flavours, a nice level of complexity and good richness with some fruits as well - great to sample, especially super fresh! I sampled this stubby twelve ounce bottle, purchased from Russ's Grocery in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021 for US$1,67 sampled a few hours later in my hotel room here in Lincoln, Nebraska on 24-August-2021.

Pour is a hazy orange with a large white head. Aroma is pretty much all mango. Flavor is some mango flavoring but there is a follow up huge bitterness. Smelled great tasted kind of weird. There was some mango but wow was this bitter on the back end.

Bottle. A- Clove, pepper, banana. A- Yellow color, hazy liquid, white head. T- Cloves, peppery, banana, wheat. P- Medium body, average texture, average carbonation, balanced finish. O- Lots of spice in here. Mostly clove with some banana esters. I either haven't had a wit in so long that this was just a nice reminder of what I used to enjoy or perhaps it was actually pretty good. Enjoyed it enough.
