750 ml bottle shared by Willrunforbeer, much thanks. Hazy gold with plenty of carbonation. Aroma is mostly straw with yeast and very subtle peppercorns.
Mild floralness upfront with a lighter grain base and mild yeast character. I love the mouthfeel on this; lighter, crisp and effervescent and dry. The peppercorns are subtle in the finish and not overdone. Good balance. Very nice.
