Poured from can dated 1/13/16 thanks Willrunforbeer. Nice golden color thin white effervescent head. Aromas of grass meadows floral notes and hop. Taste is somewhat bitter with floral herb notes overpowering the apples. Maybe less hopping and more apples.

Poured from can dated 1/18/16 thanks Willrunforbeer. Nice golden color with a thin white head. Aromas of dry tart apples yeast honey. Taste is akin to apple sauce not very dry.

Draft at Scion Dupont. Clear greenish gold color, small white head. Nice aroma of freshly cut grass, meadow flowers, citrus. Taste is bitter and herbal fruit. Not sure about this one - I like the aroma augmentation from the hops but not the bitterness.

4 oz draft goblet taster at Lone Star Taps & Caps in Lewisville, Texas. The pour is a clear golden with a smallish white head. The aroma is honey floral with apple fruit and peel. The taste is the honey floral, apple which is softly sweet and inviting. The palate is medium bodied with soft to low carbonation and the apple sweet finish. Natural and clean, nice cider.

16oz can at Greenpoint Fish and Lobster on 4/15/16.
A clear, deep waxen-yellow-brass body is fairly bubbly.
Some bits of metal and crayon-like character interrupt an otherwise heavily juicy, green apple and red delicious mixed character. Low on phenols, no alcohol.
Again, it’s a bit sweet with an abrupt finish and a rather filtered, fizzy feel to it. The flavor itself isn’t so problematic, but there are some waxy/papery characteristics and not a huge depth of flavor.

Can, small stable bubbly head, clear deepish apple color, mineral, apple, fruity aroma and flavor, almost bone dry, flavorfull thirst quenching and easy to drink, very nicely balanced. Has a european "soul".
