can hazy orange, no head. super nice exotic fruity aroma with a sour and tart tinge to it. flavor is sour / wild beer with an exotic fruity layer that is still citrussy and citrus fruity, not overly sweet - works very well with the base beer, this is an easy drinking, not-at-all cloying fruit beer, there is a little bit of fruit stone bitterness, it is almost like it's leathery but not quite.

can. pours a dark brown wtih a large fluffy light brown head. a very strong aroma of filled dessert chocolates, literally smells like if you open a box of fine filled dessert chocolates of various sorts. chocolate and caramel and toffee and things.. Flavor is like the stuff that is inside filled chocolate, slightly chocolatey, caramelley, fruity, nutty. there are fainter roasted malty notes but you really need to dig deep to find them. also faint coffee. this is not really my favorite flavors and certanly not in a beer, i much prefer roasted or hard roasted malts, wood, booze etc. If you love filled chocolate desserts, you'll probably like the beer much more than me

can Aroma of red berries, marzipan, cherries, almonds, candizised berries, vanilla, earthy sweet spices.. pretty solid aroma in a way, not sour beer ish at all but seriously christmas like, so nice coincidence i rate this at dec. 13th. while sweet and jam like, the aroma is coherent and strong, does not feel like an accident, but more like a statement. flavor adds some wild beer sourness to the sweet aroma, as well as leather and fruit kernel bitterness, the red berries have clearly won over the pineapple, if there is pineapple it's only as a spice, to enhance the flavor of the other stuff. Very good fruited sour, well balanced. has held well being canned in march 2021 and being tasted in dec 2023. great beer stays good for a long time.

very sweet malty for an ipa - but a pretty solid sweet malty aroma. On top of that, various kinds of hoppy notes, flowery, herbal, faint piney, faint grapefruity, but it's the malts that carry the aroma. Flavor is a bit dull, malty and slightly caramelly, flowery hops, but only faint bitter hops, perhaps like an english bitter. at 4.6% it is hardly a session beer, however, could be an alternative to mainstream supermarket lagers and the like, it's a bit better than that. Canned 2/23/2021 - That could explain why it's a bit dull. The brewery should've put a best before date on the can. In Europe no date means this beer can be sold forever and still taste good

can. unclear brown orange with floaties no head. quite nice sweet dessert like aroma of sweet fruits, vanilla, citrussy sourness, white chocolate. flavor is tart and sour from beer, then fruity and with a sweet vanilla balance. there is a bitterness, i think from the wild yeast, that is almost leather like, and I bet this will divide folks a bit. personally I find it adds character and makes the beer less candy like. Others will find it a distraction from their dessert-beer expericene.
