Unity Brewing Co was founded in 2016 by Jimmy Hatherley, after seven years in the industry and a passion for yeast-driven beers - from soft and juicy New England IPAs to the rustic, crisp and refreshing farmhouse ales of Belgium.
Our brewing methods focus on elevating humble ingredients to create something greater than the sum of its parts. Always unfiltered, unfined and unpasteurised, our beers are natural, flavourful and vegan friendly.

Can on 3rd December 2023, received as gift. Pours a hazy golden amber with dense off-white foam and full lacing. Sweet, ripe tropical fruits aroma. Zesty citrus in-mouth, and a finish of peel, ripe fruits and nutty malts. Full bodied with a smooth mouthfeel affording particularly easy drinking for this 8% DIPA.

Keg half-pint in the London Road Brew House on 29th November 2023. last beer of the night and our pre-cruise Southampton crawl. Misty orange body, white crown. Citrussy lead in the nose and taste, El Dorado hops doing their thing, decent!

440ml can, thanks to BeardedAvenger. Poured black with a tan cap. Aroma: roasted malt, chocolate, some pastry vibes. Taste: light to moderate sweet & moderate bitter, roast, dark choc, cacao, liquorice. Light to medium body with soft carbonation.
