Bottle 330ml. clear glass @ home.Clear light to medium yellow amber color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, grain, hay, toasted, light roasted, cardboard notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20101124]

The bottle looks simple, but good, the beer in the glass very zippy, nice head. Starts very fruity with notes of apricot, modest sweet. Finish very well balanced, a bit sourish aftertaste, still nicely fruity. Very nice!

Bottle looks simple, dont like the white glass. Small head. Starts very mild, modest fruity like lemon. Modest dry finish, still mild. Nothing special!

Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, fruity, banana. Body is medium, texture is watery to creamy, carbonation is soft. [20101106]

The bottle looks good, but I dont like that pull-off cap. Looks good in the glass, modest turbid, nice head. Starts fruity yeasty, finish well balanced, mild, not much intensicve notes. Soft fruity. Okay.

bottle from Schlecker Getränkemarkt Ehingen/Donau. Clear deep brown, almost black colour, mid-sized beige head. Aroma of roasetd malt. Medium to full-bodied, intensively malty with good flavours of roasetd malt and caramel. There is s shy hint of cinnamon detectable, too. The black boar is a very pleasant Schwarzbier.

bottle. Clear deep golden colour, mid-sized head. Malty nose. Medium- to full-bodied, intensive malty flavours with hints of marzipane. Slightly grainy, with a dusty hoppy background.
