Tap at the release with the man himself, Ratman! Congrats! A bit hazy dark orange appearance with a cream colored head. Doughy, light pepper, dull caramel. Pretty nice.

Keg at the brewery tap. Pours burnished gold with a creamy head. The nose holds toasted bread, a little caramel, ripening citrus. Medium sweet flavour with more toasted caramel, mild bitterness, some leaves, bread. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Sweet finish, some toasted grains, more caramel. Not bad.

Keg at the brewery. Pours clear yellow-gold, lightly effervescent, with a creamy white head. Pithy citrus in the nose, grapefruit and lemon, a little crisp pale bread. Light sweet flavour, with more pithy citrus, pale biscuits, mild rindy bitterness. Light bodied with fine to average carbonation. Pithy finish, more pale bread and biscuits, grapefruit. Very drinkable.

Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/25/2017. Clear orange-gold color with a medium thin white head that evaporates steadily to a wispy film. Short strings of lace. Aroma of grassy hops, fruit and malt. Light-bodied with flavors of slightly dank hops, fruit and roast malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a hoppy aftertaste. Decent overall.
