Sample at Collaboration Fest on 03/19/2016. The beer is a slightly murky reddish-mahogany color with a thin pinkish-white head that burns away quickly to a film. Spotty lacing. Aroma of cherries, yeast and a bit of peppers. Light body with flavors of tart cherry, herbal yeast and chili pepper. The finish is tart cherries and subtle peppers. Pretty good overall.
Thanks Jacob! Excellent strong Farmhouse. Can't believe that the abv is that high.
