Snifter at the brewery - black pour - nose of molasses, brown sugar, chocolate, bourbon, cherry - bourbon-heavy flavor up front, but not terribly boozy - acidity/tartness through the middle presents some black cherry and balances the sweetness a bit - middle to finish brings chocolate, tannins, caramelized sugars - a little char at the end - decent.

Tulip at the brewery - clear light amber- faint nose of toasty malt, light huskiness, a touch of cherry - flavor is light, watery, with some husky malt, dark bread, and a light finishing bitterness, maybe some spice - would not guess BdG coming to this blind - tastes like a straight-up amber ale, and not even are particularly good one.

Bomber from Strange on a visit with Ratman 2 1/2 months ago. Wish my son in law and I could have shared it sooner. Nose is lots of dank grapefruit and lemon. Fairly clear yellow orange with a medium lightly lacing off white head. Flavor is moderately bitter and dank.

Bomber from Strange Brewing. Nose is toffee, golden raisins, and a hint of vanilla. Clear rust with a medium beige head. Flavor is lightly sweet with a contrasting very light bitterness with lots of fruitiness and toffee.

On tap at the Denver Winter Brew Fest, poured by Ratman, himself! Pours a clear, red color, with a small, tan head. Tart pie cherries, brown sugar, lime, and syrup. Sweet and fruity, with a lovely, mild tart flavor. Medium body, with a sharp, lightly acidic mouthfeel. This is a lovely, fruity, and easy beer. Quality.

Fruity malty grapefruit hoppy bitter flavor with some hints of chili. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter grapefruit finish with some nice chili heat sneaking up on you.
