Interesting carbonation almost nitro like. Very burnt orange nose is loaded with banana bread. Like doughy, sweet sugared banana bread. Very yeasty lots of character and effervescent mouthfeel. Loaded with banana cream pie sweetness. There’s some oak undertones as well and lovely vanilla and almonds. Really nice but too sweet for me.

On tap at the brewery. Great brew. Best of the day. Stickmen has loads of promise. Being in such a wealthy community should help, and the beer is all quite good. The lakeside location will help of course. Pours a jet black color with a small white head. A big nose of cocoa, dark roast and raisin. The flavor is deep tobacco, heavy dark fruit, a great oily palate, berries, more heavy roasted malts. Excellent. Bring on the BA version!

On tap at the brewery. Pours a deep cloudy brown color with a medium off-white head. A nice spicy banana yeasty ester nose. The flavor is very sweet yeasty dark lager goodness, some heat, toffee, nutty. Loads of clove and vanilla. Good.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a almost pure black color with a medium beige head. A sweet nose of dark fruit and cocoa. The flavor has bitterness creeping in at all the edges, caramel, spicy rye, some heat. The hop profile is oddly complicated and doesn’t shine super well. Otherwise, a solid brew.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy orange color with a large white head. A really interesting brew. A big tropical fruit nose with hay. The flavor is similarly dominated by the French hops: almost like Mango, dusty sweet Saison yeast, light oranges. Some grainy earthy notes in the finish wash into more hops. A very hoppy Saison. Quite odd, and quite good. Fluffy palate.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy dark brown color with a small white head. A big nose of coffee, fruity hops. The flavor is solid: sweet cocoa, coffee, bananas, fresh pine and bitter hops. Yeasty which was surprising. Quite a mix. Works very well. Complex but melodious.

On tap at the brewery. An unusual brew in some senses. Not a big CDA or whatever. Pours a very dark brown color with a medium tan head. A big nose of dry cocoa and roast and pine. The flavor is similar with solid offerings of light roast, dark chocolates, mint, light pine and a medium bitterness. Very solid brew.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a dark copper color with a large sticky white head. A sweet toasted nose with light citrus. The flavor is mellow very earthy malts, light bitterness throughout, maybe more aggressive at times, not pulling a ton of hop flavor from this, some lemon zest. Caramel perhaps. Pretty good really, but not working into great IIPA territory. With aggressive dry or late boil hopping this should showcase a bit more. Very drinkable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A nice mellow crisp fruity nose with some caramel. The flavor does have some aggressive bitterness at times, caramel, toasted malt, sweet balance. Really a spot on Pale especially for the Summer. Enjoyable.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a medium cloudy yellow color with a large white head. A nice fruity banana ester nose. The flavor is great: yeasty, pepper, husky grains, big flavors of banana and spices. Great Hefe. Super drinkable.
