Bottle, lot 325. Citric, exotic hop aroma. cloudy golden, offwhite lace. Fruity base, light mealy malt, got a bit minerally yeast as well, but that is my fault of course. Nice tropical fruity hops, with a grass bitter backstop Dry on the palate, medium to light body with a hint of viscosity.

I’m here again... Black colour with a medium beige head with an average duration. Aroma is roasty malts, toasty, caramel and strong coffe notes. Flavor is roasted, moderate sweet, licorice, black coffee and mild alcoholic very good integrated. The final is strong coffee with a well integrated alcohol. Smooth and dense on palate. Another very good beer from these guys. Congratulations.

Bottle 33 cl. Courtesy of Lowenbrau. pours thick and syrupy with only a thin beige film of a head. Molasses, overripe dark fruit and syrup in the nose. Rich, thick body with a low carbonation. Chocolate, subtle roast but more figgy and plummy really. A whiff of peaty smoke perhaps? Very little hop character. More British than American in style I’d say - but very enjoyable. The booze kicks in late. 220413
