Deep black wit a thin nitro head, moka coloured. In aroma, a bitter chocolate and coffee comes out well, with light mineral notes. In mouth, a smooth chocolate malt with gypsum notes, roasted toast bitterness, creamy and balanced. On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006.

Light hazy golden ale with a thick creamy white head. Light aroma of cloves and curacao. In mouth, a creamy malt, sweet, with more bananas and cloved, like a wit. Creamy mouthfeel. medium bodied. A very nice wit (if it was a wit...). On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006. Rating 2400.

Reddish amber ale with a thin creamy white head. Light grainy caramel malt aroma with light herbal hopping. In mouth, a rich caramel malt, nutty, with notes of rye and organic material. Medium bodied. On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006.

Light golden lager with a thin lacing white head. Light fresh grainy malt in aroma, with some light peppery notes.For a Helles, the hops come out at you, with their herbal quality. Very refreshing. In mouth, an excellent crisp grainy malt with nice classy saaz hops. Bod maintains order between the crisp hops and the biscuitty malt. Very smooth and pleasant. On tap at bar, Sept. 3 2006.
