(On tap) Hazy, dark brown with a small, creamy off-white head leaving a small, discreet lacework. The nose is surprisingly neutral - perhaps with a wee hint of fruit. Fairly solid body with notes of yeast and some fruit, although the fruit profile is a bit blurred - hence no distinct citrus- or banana esters. Not bad but far from outstanding. 300106

An unclear amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma is yeasty combined with notes of marzipan, while the flavor is wheaty with light notes of bananas and oranges. A little too fruity for a Weizen bock. The original hand-brewed version was strong with caramel notes and almost undetectable wheat. So the version are very different, but non really strike me as Weizen bocks.

Bottle. Special treat from Leif Bressum Tante Olga Randers. Creamy light brown excellent mostly lasting head. Light malty aroma, with lemonhoppy hints. Very powerfull taste, with long finish, but this is the smoothiest beer I have ever tasted. The mouthfeel cant be any better.

(On tap) Fully golden with a creamy, white head. Aroma is a mix of aroma hops and typical Belgian yeastiness. Incredibly dry and crisp with loads of typical fruity notes from the ale yeast and a quite hoppy finish. Lightly sulphurous edge also. Apparently this is the brewpubs standard Bombay Pale Ale IPA that accidentally got infected by a Belgian yeast strain and hence sold as this hybrid. 281205

A hazy orange beer with a thich creamy off-white head. It was very lively when poured from the tap - even more some, than the usually very carbonated Nørrebro beers. The aroma has very strong notes of yeast combined with hints of esters. The flavor is very sweet and very fruity combined with a strong yeast presence. No doubt it is Belgian yeast used - I think it leans more towards a Belgian Ale, than a US Pale Ale, since it lacks hops.

(On tap) Pitch black with a creamy, beige head. Marked aroma of roasted malt. Very soft and creamy almost velvety texture - a body almost like Danish hvidtøl (table beer). Distinct sweetness from the added "Créme de Cassis" also leaving pronounced black currant notes. Underneath you find some marked roasted/toasted notes from the black malt. Small, discreet bitterness. Overall a bit too sweet for me. 071105
