12 oz bottled given to me by csbosox. The pour is a clear golden with fine bubbles rising up to a pure white foamy one inch head, which is quite lasting with eventual lace. The aroma is a rich toffee malt, straw, a bit of fruit sweetness and the tiniest hint of roast. The taste is big chewy toffee malt, the fruit sweet, herbal, all building up to a warming alcohol heat. The palate is medium to heavier bodied with soft carbonation and the hot, herbal sweet finish. This has all the marks for an Eisbock, nicely done. Thanks for this one, Chris.

Shaker pint draft at Waldo Pizza in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is clear golden with a limited white head. The aroma is a mild cracker malt with a touch of floral softness and clove. The taste is clean cracker malt, with a corn vegetal and the floral in the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with soft carbonation and mild corn mineral finish. Solid light lager.

0.35l tulip glass draft at Kansas City Bier Company in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is a clear golden amber with a two inch white head that falls fairly quickly. The aroma is sweet cherry fruit malt along with some toasted grain. The taste is clean cherry fruit, malt, the toast soft roast and then finishes with a cream sweetness. Decent grass throughout as well. The palate is medium to heavier bodied with soft carbonation and sweet lingering malt finish. Solid.

0.35l tulip glass draft at Kansas City Bier Company in Kansas City, Missouri. The pour is an opaque black brown with an off white half inch head that is lasting. The aroma is really engaging, soft malt sweetness, nut, gentle roast. The taste is a clean blend of the sweet cocoa caramel malt with soft rich roast. Nice earth and mineral character in there as well. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and a silky malt roast mineral finish.

Pour is a hazy gold with a small white head. Aroma is some faint malts and not much else. Flavor is some honey malt and white sugar with some bittering hops. It grew on me more as it warmed but this was still a little lackluster.

Pour is a cloudy blonde with a monster white head. Aroma is a nice crisp dry cracker malt. Flavor is more dry white bready malt with a touch of sweetness on the back end which I guess is the honey malt. Not a lot of hop presence, this is a pretty much all malt lager. I thought it would be infected with this huge head but it seems fine but it is probably a little old.

Pour looks like a hazy IPA with a large white head. Aroma is honeysuckle and lemon juice. Flavor is more honeysuckle with a creamy pils malt with a lemon drop hop and a herbal tea finish. This was kind of all over the place. A unique beer and multiple flavor profiles all over the place.

Bottle pour from Total Wine & More, Brentwood. Lightly hazy maple syrup brown with nice sparkle, thin cap of creamy beige head and trace lacing. Aroma is strong earthy, nutty malt. Taste is strong toasted malt, mild caramel, nuts, toffee. Smooth, creamy texture, soft carbonation and finish as taste. Good flavor and aroma for style; exceptional palate.
