Slightly hazy copper and bronzed glow with a nice orange body and a smallish, two centimetre tall off-white head. Aroma of fresh hops, citrus, grapefruit, a bit of light malt and some noticeable caster sugar and honey sweetness. Medium-bodied; Assertive hop bitterness up front with a good balance of citrus and sweetness, with only a small bit of malt noticeable, and not really any bitterness, just the noticeable hop flavours. Aftertaste shows a faint hint of alcohol and bitterness, but this is all about the citrus and sweetness, and shows decently well. Overall, a decent beer, but definitely not an Imperial IPA and not one that people should be chasing. I sampled this twelve ounce can purchased from Binny’s Beverage Depot in Chicago (Downtown), Illinois on 25-May-2016 for US$1,67 sampled at home in my hotel room here in Morrisville, Pennsylvania on 14-October-2016.

Pour is a hazy straw with a large white head. Aroma is a pretty good fruity and yeasty ester. Flavor is also a nice showcase of the Dupont yeast. Both fruity and floral with a slightly bitter kick a the end. More grainy than hoppy. Pretty flavorful for a 12 oz canned saison. Using this strain of yeast its hard not to go wrong.

12 oz can purchased as part of a mix a six from Friar Tuck in O’Fallon, Missouri. The pour is a black brown with a foamy one inch tan head that falls with lace. The aroma is nutty, tobacco malt along with a soft floral. The taste is the nutty soft roast malt, pleasant earth, floral grass tobacco and more toast almost char towards the back. Some interesting flavors going on. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and the roast malt mineral dry finish. Fun take on the style.

Pour is a dark brown with a tan creamy head. Aroma is a nice roasty malt with maybe some bakers chocolate. Flavor is a bit thinner than the look an the aroma lead you to believe A decent dark malt like a porter with a white bread an a little leather, This was an ok beer a bit different but decent flavor an a different take on the style

Pour is a hazy orange with a lot of floaties in the beer. Aroma is a nice dank but fruity hop. Flavor is is a fruity hop with some mango and honeydew melon. It does have a bit of sweet malt but it does ot get in the way of the hops. Overall pretty solid. Not a huge hop presence but also not a huge sticky sweet malt presence so the hops are giving you all they can flavor wise. I don’t know much about this MO brewer but their beers are pretty soild.

Pour is a clear brown-red with a large white head. Aroma is a nice chocolate that reminds me of chocolate milk. Flavor is not as much of thr chocolate as the aroma let of but its still there. Its more of a bitter bakes chocolate. Finish is dry and maybe a bit of coffee shows up. Not a real big fan of brown ales but this one is pretty solid. It made real nice use of the chocolate malts.

Pour is a hazy blonde with a large white head. Aroma is a surprise with lots of citrus and clove. Smells like orange soda. Flavor is unusual at first sip. Sweet fruity and I guess a lavender. Someone below said it reminded them of fruity pebbles and they are correct. Overly sweet fruitiness with some lavender toward the end. Well they did not make the usual boring wheat ale, I’ll give them that.
