This was ok. I tasted the cacao, light vanilla, and I taste some coconut. Very light sour bite. I am not sure if it is a beer, graf, or a cider. no carbonation at all, but the flavors work together.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy light yellow gold with a white head that dissipates completely. Aroma is just like cinnamon applesauce from Motts. Flavor has more of a bitter apple note but still is like cinnamon applesauce from Motts.

On tap at the brewery. Pours black with a tan head that dissipates if the edges quickly. Aroma has an odd combination of slightly bitter apple and Hershey’s syrup. Flavor has the same Hershey’s syrup and apple combination that is odd.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a murky orange with a gold hue and a near white head that dissipates slowly to the edges. Aroma has lots of grass, some earthy citrus and a light grain note. Flavor has lots of grass, some bread and a hint of earthy citrus.

Winterfest 2016. I love St. Germain, so this was something I enjoyed. mild apple flavor, the elderflower and St. Germain and prominent in the flavor, which is lightly sweet, lightly hoped, and the St. Germain flavor is clearly recognizable.

Draft at Happy Gnome. Clear ruby maroon color, white head. Aroma has coffee and light cocoa. Apple is more prominent in the taste, with coffee grounds at the finish. It works, somehow.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a near clear pale yellow with a white head that dissipates nearly completely. Aroma has notes of sweet grains and biscuit with a bit of corn underlying. Flavor has more of a straw and grain note with a touch of biscuit underlying.
