A lightly hazed amber IPA with a thin white head. In aroma, sweet malt with faint floral hops. In mouth, a smooth sweet malt with lingering British hops, herbal, not bad. On tap at Humpy’s Oct. 9 2011.

Slightly hazy copper coloured body with a very thin off-white head. Aroma of strong floral and piney hops and not much else. Medium-bodied; Great floral hops in the taste, with a nice malt and a caramel backbone with a hop dryness all-around. Aftertaste clean, but bitter - nice. Overall, a nice start to beer in Alaska (this was the first I had in the state) - very nice to sample. I sampled this pint on draught at Humpy’s in Anchorage, Alaska on 23-June-2010.

On tap at Moose’s Tooth, Anchorage. 2010 vintage. Translucent garnet body, medium dense creamy tan head. Toasty nose with alcohol; vinous with dark fruits and spice. Big, vinous body with hard candies, grape, plum, roasted malts, chocolate, and spice. Biting palate with sharp carbonation, prickly alcohol, and a big flavor profile. Complex and quite good.
