We proudly produce award winning beers of the Last Frontier! Winner of 2 gold and 7 bronze medals from the Brewers Associations’ Great American Beer Festival as well as a silver and bronze medal from the World Beer Cup.

4 oz. Draft Moose Tooth Restaurant. Aroma and flavor are mild roasted backbone with weak chocolate. Lighter body. ridiculously thin texture.

4 oz. Draft at Moose Tooth restaurant. Aroma and flavor are very soft citrus and very light wheat. Watery texture for the style.

Refrigerated 12 oz can. Hazy golden with small white head. Aroma is fruity, medium body, medium carbonation, and a little lacing. Taste is fruity.

On tap at Denali Park Village. Hazy orange with medium white head. Aroma is herbal hops, medium body, medium carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is herbal hops with a bitter finish.

750ml bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is roast malts chocolate some ash and a touch of smoke. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate coffee rich malts and some ash.

22oz bottle pours out dark amber topped with a sand head. Nose is sweet malts spice belg yeast. Taste is more of the nice sweet belg candy pit fruit spice and that belg yeast.

Clear orange beer, big creamy off-white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: bit oxidized, sweet impression, caramel malts, more oxidation. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, resinous hops, oxidized, super bitter, bit chemical and medicinal, some sweet malts. Aftertaste: more oxidized, bit malty, some citrus, grapefruit, tropical fruits, nice.

Pretty clear orange beer, big fizzy irregular off-white head. Aroma: very malty, grains, cow fodder, hay, grains, fruity, hint of banana. MF: ok carbon, light body. Taste: malty, some citrus notes, soft bitterness, bit sweet. Aftertaste: grains, hay, soft bitterness, slightly acidic, little fruity, malty.
